CBI
Partner With Us
Starting a bible institute from the ground up is certainly no small task, in fact it is a God sized task.
We here at Crossway Bible Institute (CBI) believe this is exactly what the Lord has called us to do. We also believe that where the Lord guides, He also provides.
And one way He provides is through the generous gifts and donations of His people. We have come a long way in a relatively short time and we have been able to do this because people have believed in the work and have stepped out in faith to join us in this mission we have been called to do for His glory.
Each step of this journey brings with it new challenges and each new challenge brings with it new opportunities for God’s people to partner with us to glorify our Lord by building a bible institute that will equip His people for the work of the ministry.
As we are quickly approaching 2021 and the official launch of our degree programs, we are trusting the Lord to provide our needs.
Would you prayerfully consider partnering with us financially to help meet the needs of this ministry? We are a 501c3 ministry and your donation will be tax deductible. Would you please consider partnering with us monthly, quarterly, yearly, or even a one time donation?
Thank you for your prayers and support as we walk together in the service of our Lord.
In Christ,
Buddy Hogan
President/Director
Mission Statement:
Crossway Bible Institute
“For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the
edifying of the body of Christ”
Crossway Bible Institute (CBI) was born in the heart of our founder
in 2007.
The mission of CBI is to provide an affordable, yet quality Biblical education for the people of God. The faculty and staff seek
to provide common sense tools that will equip the student for success in the ministry.
The body of Christ is a unique organism, made up of many parts, and with varying views and practices. At CBI, rather than focus on the things that divide us, the goal is to focus on the ties that unite us as believers.
These ties are based on the “Oneness” expressed by the Scriptures according to
Ephesians 4:1-6, “I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
3 Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.”
May God richly bless your life and ministry as you “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
In Christ,
Pastor Buddy Hogan,
Founder and President
Vision Statement:
Crossway Bible Institute will strive to be known for its high view of God, and worship, as well as its passion to see the Gospel spread around the world
Our Pilot Class:
Crossway Bible Institute is pleased to announce its second pilot class and its first virtual class. This class will start Sunday November 1st and will run through Sunday November 22nd. The class will be on the topic of one-on-one evangelism.
A word about the class:
For a number of reasons, evangelism is often fraught with anxieties and fears. At the same time, sharing your faith is one of the most fulfilling and exciting things that you will ever do. As a “friend of sinners,” Jesus spent half of his ministry time in one-on-one discussions with others. This is the primary model for evangelism that our Lord has provided for us. In One-on-One Evangelism, Lee Moseley offers a fun and simple model for spreading the gospel. It is as simple as being a friend. After studying this book, you will one day look back, and say, “I never dreamed it was so easy. There is nothing I like to do more than get with people and become their friends. Absolutely nothing!”
The instructor for this class will be Pastor Lee Moseley.
Reverend Lee Moseley is the pastor of Union Presbyterian Church (UPC). Reverend Moseley has also served as a Life Coach, Chaplain, Speaker, Author, and was founder and President of One-on-One Ministries, Inc., a Non-Profit 501(c) 3 Corporation, located in Mauldin, SC. He has over 40 years in ministry experience that includes work with three branches of the U.S. Armed Forces (working with and alongside Military Chaplains) and serving in seven ministerial Church Pastor positions (3- Sr. Pastorates, 1- Staff, 1- Church Plant, 1- Interim, 1- Intern; and 1- Student).
Pastor Moseley has authored four books: 1) “TO MOUNTAINTOPS FROM VALLEYS BELOW” on grief; 2) “ONE-ON-ONE EVANGELISM” that sees others come to Christ through friendly relationships; 3) “ONE-ON-ONE FOR HUSBANDS,” a devotional to help married men enhance their relationships with their wives; and 4) “COLONNADE” an e-book allegory on Philippians. He is also in the process of publishing six other manuscripts. Lee holds degrees in Christian Ministries, Counseling, Theology, and a Master of Divinity (Liberty University), and Doctoral coursework (Erskine ARP).
